HOME VISITS

homevisits

If you think you require a home visit during the day, please phone the surgery as early as possible in the day. It is important that the doctor talks to the patient requesting the visit so that they can decide the urgency of the visit (if deemed necessary by the doctor). Most home visits are done in the afternoon of the day they have been requested. Although this may not always be possible, we would ask all patients who feel they need a home visit to contact the surgery in the morning. In cases of emergency the doctor will leave the practice at any time of the day.

Home visits are reserved for the immobile, and all other patients are expected to come to the surgery.
